What counts as a strong house in Ashtakavarga?
Above thirty bindus is considered strong and below twenty five weak. The spread across houses matters more than the overall total.
How do I use Ashtakavarga with my Dasha?
The Dasha tells you when, Ashtakavarga tells you how much. A strong period running through a weak house delivers less than the Dasha alone would suggest.
